    If you want to gain fat, try a pint of haagen das right before bed every day. That’ll put on the weight in no time.

    As someone who …
    As someone who managed to gain 100 pounds at one point, going from 165 pounds to 265 in less than two years, I can maybe offer a few tips…
    The first is to concentrate on eating stuff you really like - just more of it. Second is to avoid release until you are TRULY full - I found that as soon as I shot I would stop eating. As erotic as it is, you need to discipline yourself if you want to gain quickly.
    Finally, try to eat as healthy as possible - don’t literally make yourself sick.
    Eat BIG!
