Ideas for a quick meal?

Any good recipes for a quick meal? Lunch or dinner?

I’m a college student full time and I work full time, so making dinner for my boyfriend and I is not always easy. But, it saves money and calories.

Any ideas?

    Well…Sandwiches with a cute side like coleslaw or fruit is always good. I suggest slow cooker meals. Rachel Ray always has quick meals. Very creative.

    Rice:- Bacon & Egg Fried
    1 1/2 C. Water
    1 C. Rice
    6 Pieces bacon
    3 or 4 Eggs
    Garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Chopped onion
    2 T. Tomato sauce.
    1 T. soy sauce
    Bring water to a boil and add rice. Cook for 30 minutes. While rice is cooking, fry bacon. Save 1/2 of grease. Scramble eggs in bowl, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tablespoons water to eggs and mix well. Fry egg mixture like a pancake. Fry rice, add chopped onion, chopped bacon and Tomato Sauce. Cut up egg omelette and add rice. Stir in soy sauce. Serve hot. Add hot sauce, if desired.

    You may find some good recipes there. i think most of the reipces they have are low budget and about 15 minutes to cook
