How to make high protein bodybuilder pancakes. This is a quick and easy healthy muscle building breakfast meal that you can make. All you need is:

2 cups of liquid egg whites
2 cups of oatmeal
2 tablespoonfuls of ground flaxseeds
2-3 scoops of vanilla flavour protein powder
and some low fat butter spray and low sugar maple syrup for flavour.

    This makes enough for 2 servings of about 55 grams of protein, 60 grams of carbs, and small amounts of fat from the oats and whey. So you are looking about 500 calories per serving before adding any toppings to the pancakes (i.e. syrup, etc.)
